Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or other delivery issues, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
