Return Policy

At Beef Babe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
• Unopened Items – If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items
• Items returned after the return period
  

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
